We carefully select families through a thorough interview and vetting process.
Finding a home
Once approved, families choose a home that meets our organization’s guidelines.
Home purchase
Ojagh Armenia purchases the home on their behalf.
Affordable repayment
Families repay up to 50% of the home’s purchase price over 10 years—at 0% interest—based on their financial circumstances.
A new way to give
Our vision is to connect each family with a dedicated sponsor, creating a meaningful, lasting relationship.
Sponsors will directly support a family's journey to homeownership.
Families will gain not just financial support but will also establish a lifelong connection to the sponsor.
Sponsors allow us to reach the neediest families.
