Ojagh Armenia, Inc. is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users (visitors, volunteers and donors).  We recognize that our site users may be concerned about how we treat the information they provide to us. Data Collection

Ojagh Armenia, Inc. respects the privacy of its online users. On our website, we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. Users can access our website's public areas without registration or providing information. Ojagh Armenia, Inc. only gathers personally identifiable data (PII) that is voluntarily submitted by the visitor when they request to receive a newsletter, volunteer to help, donate and/or contact us. We will then collect the following information: Full Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, and Telephone Number. 

Donations

Donations are processed securely through PayPal. Users will be redirected to PayPal to enter payment details, including credit card information and billing address, or PayPal account credentials. 

Use of Information

We use your PII to respond to inquiries, add you to our newsletter, and process donations. We also use your PII to send you a receipt for your donation. We may use your contact information for announcing special events and campaigns. Ojagh Armenia, Inc. will not trade, sell, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected from our users (visitors, volunteers and donors)

Your Rights

We recognize that you may wish to limit the ways in which we contact you and use your information. Our users may opt out of our email distribution list, or other forms of contact such as mail and telephone by contacting us directly online via ojagharmenia.org/contact.

PayPal provides a secure way to share payment information. Ojagh Armenia is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other web sites to which it provides links, including PayPal.  All communications between Ojagh Armenia and users are confidential and will not be shared outside our organization. We will take many precautions to protect our users’ information both online and offline.
